A truly unique combination of intuitive energy healing sessions and mentoring sessions. Designed to address the unconscious (present and past life trauma, generational patterns, chakra imbalances) through energy healing, as well as the conscious through mentoring sessions which offer practical ways to move beyond self doubt, criticism, judging, and abandonment. This balanced approach is paramount for real transformation.

This Self Love Intensive program is designed to help you regulate your nervous system (let go of stress and anxiety), connect more fully to your true self and grow in self love. Of course, becoming your own Beloved takes time. There is no hurry. This may be the most important journey you ever make..

The intensive is comprised of BOTH intuitive healing energy sessions AND mentoring sessions, to help you grow in self love, unconsciously and consciously...

Intuitive healing energy sessions are hands-on infusions of Divine Love energy. I work in the energy of Ama~Deus. You may experience generational healing, relief from the effects of past/present life trauma, and/or chakra balancing. Your human self may feel more in alignment with your spirit, promoting peace and joy. Sessions are an hour.

Mentoring sessions are customized self love guidance. It could be called Spiritual Mentoring, as it's designed to help you connect the human part of you with the spirit part of you. They vary according to your needs and interest. Sessions are an hour.
