COMBINATION SESSION
An integrated session of mentoring AND energy healing. Optimal for growing in Self Love. 90 minutes is recommended for the first session.

Beyond Reiki- This is basically a Love infusion, amplifying Divine Love energy within you. The work often helps you to reset your nervous system, feeling calmer. It may promote a deeper sense of yourself as Spirit. Unspoken themes of healing may include generational patterning, trauma symptoms, or chakra energy (Reiki). May include Biodynamic Cranio Sacral Therapy (B-CST). I work within the beautiful, powerful energy of Ama~Deus.

Distance session with follow up call $185
Guidance in learning practices to reset your nervous system, foster calm and peace, integrate the human and spirit aspects of yourself, and grow in self love. We may explore meditation, mindfulness, chakra work, using your imagination to help you heal, dreamwork, guided journaling, working with energy, and more, depending upon your needs and goals.

Biodynamic Cranio Sacral Therapy
Biodynamic CranioSacral Therapy (B-CST) is a safe, light touch, holistic therapy used to promote healing, health, wellness and wellbeing. It touches body, mind, and spirit, leaving you feeling more balanced, grounded and centered. The work is based in stillness and rhythmic fluid flow.

Cancellation & Reschedule Policy: Please give as much advance notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. I appreciate at least 48 hours notice. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you give less than 24 hours notice, there will be a $75 fee.
