As far back as I can remember, 

I've been drawn to Divine Love...

Growing up in New England as children, my brother and I explored the sweet smelling hay fields and enchanted forest surrounding our home. Summers, we worked in our huge organic family garden. 

I remember laying in silky grass, the sun kissing me and looking up at the constantly shifting, magnificent clouds... At night, in awe of  the inky black sky, encrusted with sparkling stars... 

and always talking to God.

Fast forward- my 60 year journey has included difficult challenges and transformational healing, bringing me to a place of deep self love, peace and joy. I'll always be learning and growing.

Truly accepting, honoring and cherishing myself is a great Gift. This is the love that opens our hearts. I am truly honored to guide you in appreciating and treasuring yourself as only you can, stepping into your power, becoming the healer and creator of your life.

Life is my Teacher.

Healing family of origin patterns, doing shadow work and befriending my vulnerable inner child helps me develop deep compassion for myself- and others. 

Studying spirituality, personal growth, epigenetics, somatic work, various healing modalities and more throughout my life, and applying what I learn, helps me master skills to make it through challenging times and grow- personally and spiritually. 

Working a 12-step program for co-dependency has taught me how to trust Divine Love more. And, that I matter- that my life, my needs, wants and dreams matter.

Going through family tragedy and personal trauma showed me that I am much stronger than I had once believed. 

Insightful, gifted teachers help me along the way.

Living in an isolated town in Alaska for 23 years taught me that we are all family; we are all in this together. 

Experiencing, creating and  leading workshops and retreats reminds me that we are all teachers to one another. 

Bringing inspirational ceremonies into jails, I met people who deeply inspired me with their faith. 

I was trained, certified and initiated into Reiki, an energy healing modality, through Hospice, volunteering as a massage therapist and Reiki practitioner for hospice patients and their caregivers.

I am also trained, initiated and grounded in Ama~Deus, the powerful, shamanic energy healing from the Guarani shamans of the Amazon jungle.  This is the energy work I love most and use in meditation and intuitive energy healing with my clients.

On an unplanned eight day silent retreat in the lush cloud forest jungle of Costa Rica, I was able to let go of a tight grip on life, uncovering peace that has changed my life.

Meditation, art, Nature, mindfulness, and drumming help me connect with higher consciousness.

My life is dedicated to personal growth and supporting others on their own paths of self discovery. 

As I play and learn to go with the flow of life, joy grows and grows...
